Epsilon admit money was the issue
After weeks of uncertainty, the FIA (Féderation Internationale de l’Automobile) released its decision of not granting the allocation of the 13th Formula 1 license for 2011. Epsilon was among the applicants to the available license.

Ferrari escapes further punishment
Ferrari have come away with nothing after today's Motor Sport Council judged on the obvious team order that was given during the German GP at Hockenheim. Given the unhappiness of the fans after the move, such decision is hardly a strong showing.

FIA releases provisional 2011 calendar
The World Motor Sport Council has today released the provisional race calendar for the 2011 Formula One Championship season. The calendar is enlarged to 20 races and is the longest in the sport's history. The season is planned to begin on 13 March and will end on the 27 November.

FIA reject 13th entry to F1 grid
After reports already emerged yesterday, the FIA have now officially confirmed not to grant the 13th slot on the grid. After considering the possible entries, the governing body found none of the candidates fit to compete in Formula One.

Massa hoping for a positive weekend in Italy

Ferrari prepared to drop F10 development if Monza doesn't go well
In what could be a change of strategy for the Scuderia Ferrari they have announced that if the Italian GP does not allow Fernando Alonso to significantly reduce the gap between the other top drivers they will move away from developing the current chassis and instead go 100% towards the 2011 machine. Alonso currently has 141 points, 41 behind the Lewis Hamilton. With the team 80 points behind RBR.

Williams prepare for Monza with low DF and curb riding package
After a slow start to the season Williams F1 have climbed to a comfortable seventh place in the constructors championship, courtesy of top ten finishes by both drivers. The British squad is now prepared to attack at the Monza circuit where they will of course feature a one off low downforce aero package and a special set up to cope with the high curbs.
