All good things have to come to an end... well, at least this chapter. I took 2nd in SoCal NASA Honda Challenge in 2005 and 3rd in NorCal in 2006 in it. It was fun and a great experience, but it doesn't make sense to hold onto it while I'm in Boston, so it has to go. Notable concerns you may have: In fall of 2005 my car was involved in a collateral collision at Infineon Raceway, the right side was swiped and damaged the door and rear quarter panel. The door and rear quarter panels were replaced and repaired by DB Autobody. There was no frame damage. Throughout 2006 season I was trying to chase down handling issues, but after the last race of the season, Andrie and I found that front control arm bushing and mounting point was going bad. We repaired this as well as added a camber kit and the car now handles a whole lot better than I ever experienced since owning the car. While were aligning the front steering wheel position, we did still noticed that the car pulls to the right slightly. I am not sure why yet, but the transmision was just recently opened last summer to replace first and second gear syncros. So we are pretty confident it is not related to the transmission. This car is ready to race as-is, but there may be also a few precautionary items and upgrades to make this car even more competitive. 1. Timing belt replacement, it has not been replaced since I purchased the car 2 years ago. 2. Re-tune the ECU 3. Stage 3 Cam upgrade 4. need new clutch pretty soon
